My address is the company address, open every day, but was told that no one was home three times
I don't understand why the shipper didn't call to find out if it was delivered to the wrong place
Later I called service line, hoping to make it up again .They promised to make it up on Monday .Today I called to inquire again, but was told that it was past the delivery time and had been returned for processing

โ โ โ โ โ Terrible service, as you can see in the picture the unnecessary processes taken to deliver a parcel from Subang to Pantai Dalam, its almost a week and I have yet to receive it. Almost a week for a 20km distance?
Do not tell me its due to MCO because the other courier service is facing the same problem and they deliver just fine.
I am very disappointed with the service here, please avoid using their service at all cost!

โ โ โ โ โ Never recommend to choose this courier company! Worst services I have ever seen! Your staff should learn and train how to communicate with customers, it is not by shouting, impolite, irrespect, improper tone talking to your customers! Sending parcel after working hours 8.30pm at night ? You thought customer will still waiting you at the delivery address after working hours ? Your van get spoiled is customerโs problem or just your excuses to send parcel during such late hour and still asked customer โdo you still want to collect your parcel?โ in a loud rude tone just because customer is out of delivery address?
Hang up customers phone call and not picking up while calling back! RUDE!
Please re-screen your employees before losing more of your customers!
You are not even deserve this ONE star of rating!

โ โ โ โ โ Expecting customer to wait, could have easily call to inform a delayed delivery. Very disappointed with a MNC, first and last time using DHL Ecommerce. Rates are higher than others but service provided are terrible & delayed. Customer service not professional and delivery personal care less about customer.

โ โ โ โ โ So far I've only had very good experience DHL eCommerce and the delivery guys from SJ hub. Great service and reliable delivery. Today at 3pm, a delivery guy named "Wan" attempted to make a delivery. However I wasn't able to pick up his calls because I was in an important meeting so he left. I thought I would have to wait until the next day for re-attempt. To my very surprise, Wan came back and re-attempted to deliver to me and another neighbour at about 7.30pm on the same day! That's truly going the extra mile for customers. Thank you!

โ โ โ โ โ Very irresponsible driver, out for delivery from morning wait whole day still didnโt come. Not yet deliver already scan parcel Delivered on system. Dishonest and come so late at night. Another parcel said out for delivery called to say coming but didnโt come, never inform anything. Waste of time this terrible service company.
