I drink it before i workout in the morning, and it helps with maintaining my stamina throughout my workout. I also noticed that I am able to multitask productively handling work n family after consuming this. It is definitely a perfect drink for a busy mommy like me! Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the chance to try all the flavors. To be honest, all I can taste is the molasses. I don't know man, for a box of tea that costs RM69, I kinda expected the flavors to be more intense. The ginger one had just the faintest scent of ginger and then it's all molasses. There's a lot of recipes for molasses, caffeine-free drink on the internet but I understand that it takes time to prepare the drinks. But again, for something that cost this much money (RM3.45 each cube), I don't think it's worth it.
