β β β β β Last month I came here, gave instructions to specifically take an inch of the top and way more got removed and it was uneven and I got poor lining (bent) and a poor fade so I went to the one at tesco sungai dua and the same thing happened, would not recommend at all. They can never listen to what the customer wants

β β β β β On 15th March 2022, 8:30pm, One short hair guy (bald) like to play with scissors and did not cut your hair properly. Be aware if you're letting him cut your kids hair. My ear got slight bleeding after cut by him. No next time

β β β β β Just finished cut hair here today 24th May. For the past 2-3 years I always cut my hair by a tall chinese gentleman, who knows my preference & understand my request. Last month on 26th April I visited & got his service. His chair was the first one from entrance. But today he's not available, sadly. So I have no choice and proceed too. The guy who cut my hair today (shorter outlook, tatto on left hand) did not finish vacuum my hair leftovers, he's just simply clean up the edge. I asked to cut my top area more but he said already short. And reluctant to put hair gel and after I insisted then he just scattering the gel became messy. The job was done in a rush, and don't have friendly character. I was so frustrated with today's service after being here number of times.
