★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not really a professional cut. Mostly done by hair clippers. I have had a few haircuts, I am 44, and this ranks quite low. I Could get a much better haircut for 50myr back home in the UK.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Emphasized shoulder length and end up short hairstyle, asked for recommendation for hair treatment to solve my frizzy hair, introduced me a treatment which did not help me at all. My hair texture worse than before after the haircut.
No doubt their service is extremely good but professionalism wise is a nay. Went back to the saloon but was introduced with another treatment to solve my hair problem. Highly doubtful on the hair treatment and will not spend again since the first treatment has failed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've used their service for hair wash and scalp treatment price is affordable around RM90 the service i got was good and the staff was really friendly and good in massage. Definitely will repeat again here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was about to get married and needed a quick nip and trim to look my best during the event. Came here with the intent of just a simple haircut (without washing my hair) and was charged a hefty RM50.
Hairdo was pretty bad the first time she was done and she still required detailed instructions from myself and my other half to get it done right.
Later on while leaving the shop, I realized that the shop priced haircuts based on the level of the stylists' experience. The stylist that worked on my hair was young and was by no means at 'director level'. Kinda felt cheated as I could have just easily gone to any other shop and be charged half that price. Will not come again. Will not recommend.
