★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been more than 2 years of gym member, very disappointed with the gym management lately. Renew my personal trainer 30 sessions with gym at 16 Dec 2020, cost me RM3600. I specifically mention only train by Mr Rammesh because we have been trained by him for some period of time. Trained less than 5 sessions then keep MCO. And then Rammesh quit the company this year. So I request for refund of the balance at 22 Nov 2021 since Rammesh no longer around. The gym staff keep telling me Rammesh took the money (well, i signed up with the gym, i paid to the gym account, i have the receipt, i have the credit card statement record). Issue dragged till 7 Dec 2021, got the contact number of gym owner Vijjy. Whatsapp him on the same day, he said will return my call but never do so, then whatsap or call but never answer. Until now issue not settle. Fed up with keep listening to all the nonsense, internal issues/stories of your management, that's nothing to do with gym member. If your gym cannot deliver as per promised, aren't you should refund the money to consumer???
