Previous issue:
After sales service is terrible. Bought sofa, mattress and bed frame from this shop. Once I received the bed frame I already complained its defect, got issue, the sales person, Nurul keep telling me its fine, item under warranty no problem. First she find someone to fix the bed frame, but the wood is soft, which is unacceptable and the price is not cheap, more than rm2k. After few weeks the wood cracking sound getting louder, she won't get it exchange, and ask her staff to repair it, add lots of metal bracket to the bed frame, which I never agreed but she just do it. Finally few weeks later the bed frame leg broken, I ask her to exchange 1 to 1, she bring the whole thing back to her warehouse to check, and agreed to exchange. After 1 week I get it back, its the same bed frame I get from her, just refurbished, repaint and repaired, which I totally frustrated. She broken her promise, lied to me, told me its exchanged, but its the same bed frame which I taken picture before and after, the same pattern on the wood. Never deal with such lousy sales person and shop before, not recommended.
