★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service, bad food, small portion. It is technically a delivery place for grabdrivers and foodpanda and no customers. And it is the only sushi king ive seen with no iPad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waiter very rude and unfriendly. Not crowded at all but waited a long time for food. Ordered Black Pepper Udon and the chicken has hair on it. Overall bad experience and no recommend to come.

The service is abit not friendly.
The choices of sushi also not so much as showed in menu.
Hope for improvement when next visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow, so disappointing... I hope that whoever senior management in Sushi King can really look into this because my children like Sushi King and this is really damaging the brand!
We went in, and the attendants basically pretended that they did not see us... and it was the same with all other people who walked in subsequently as we observed after we sat down, much to our own effort...
My family and I thought that the worse was over, until the dishes were served... OMG OMG OMG... Have you seen Oyakodon with dried up rice and a few drops of soya sauce? Have you seen a plate of same type of sushi with multiple sizes of diameter, height and unstable wrapping? Have you seen Agedashi Tofu which was flooded with the sauce, having the Tofu completely submerged, something like Roti Banjir, if you know what that is.
I really hope that someone from Sushi King can help this poor Sushi King branch to buck up, to protect the brand name... thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I haven't had good opinion in Sushi King in general for many years, but this visit is by far the worst. Sushi rice is dry. Salad took more than half hour to prepare, even when there are no other customer. Oyako Don was totally unseasoned.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Idk if it's sushi king in general but the food quality here is so bad. So not worth the price. No wonder people are lining up at the neighbor sushi restaurant, sushi mentai instead. The food quality is not even the worst part of this it. Their customer service sucks. The manager were rude and gave us dirty looks. Just for him to sit at the table playing with his phone when customers were trying to call for the bill. P/s the ring bell was not working hence why we were calling for him manually. The cleanliness ? 3/10 . Overall it was just a bad experience. If they dont change for the better soon, they are gonna keep on losing customers
