★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very slow service.. Order drink when i sit down, but never served until I finish my meal. Use the tablet to call for waiters, but not attended. When i press for bill, the waiter attend to me within 30 seconds..
Going to buy starbuck now.. very thirsty..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointed with the food. Used to be nicer. The salmon fish skin and takoyaki are bad. Others are just average. Did not enjoy the meal despite of spending so much. Hope the management will look into the quality of food.

- came for their seasonal bonanza (sushi flat price Rm 3.18/ plate)
- lacking some menu items which advertise as available on their main website, not good
- can be hectic and packed esp during dinner time, suggest to arrive early
- sushi quality definitely has dropped over the years and rice is mushy. Portions have also shrinked tremendously to cut cost.
- staff are polite enough for my experience and not too slow in food preparation, however at the expense of lower quality of food preparation
- payment methods: cash, credit card, e-wallet
- spend rm 20 and get a chance to play games on the tablet to win food items
