โ โ โ โ โ Erm, as a hospitality educator, so i just strict to the point, not to mentioned whether the service bad or not, but based on what i experienced for the first time at here. This is my worst sushi king restaurant visited so far. Staff vise, not really greetings to customer, not saying bad attitude but feel they are like working in food court hawker stall, no need to care much, luckily cashier is still acceptable level, food vise, not much selection compare to others franchise, luckily my must order food oyako don is available, whole restaurant only see one wasabi can for us to fill, sushi plate are not standardized, summore i saw almost same sushi but different colour plate, save cost is it? sushi cover are not clean and not cover up nicely( maybe customer put it back) some still japanese rice sticking the cover...
Auto service tray is nice, but at least stick the notes saying please press this button to let me go back or something, not everyone know to press when take all our food,
this is not supposed to be the standard of sushi king restaurant

โ โ โ โ โ Was standing in line at the front entrance for 30 mins then only the manager approached us to only told us to stand on the side instead of up front. Bear in mind if we listened to her we would ended up at the back of the line even though we arrived earlier than the other customer. Turns out the customer who were sitting on the side was actually waiting for their turn to enter sushi king and not waiting for their take away orders. It baffles me that the manager let us stand there for 30 mins instead of telling us right away. Worst experience of my life.

โ โ โ โ โ Every Wednesday seems congested with patrons! Service is slow due to kakitangan tak cukup! Just ordered 6 dishes, but have to wait for 20 minutes. Not much choices of dish on the conveyor belt, so have to make order using the tablet provided, but some dishes or beverage are not available! Haiyaa!
Another issue is after we're seated, the leftovers and tableware left by the previous customer weren't cleared up immediately for about 10 minutes. My youngest son (autistic child) started eating as he couldn't wait for the clearance, so I had to move those dirty mess-up aside and pressed for 'waiter service' 3 times! Then only one of the staff came and said she thought the dishes were ours!!! Haiyaa! Why so weak! Sushi King Sunway Carnival Mall, please increase your manpower to improve your services!

Just finish my lunch, longest,worst lunch I ever had , the food is not fresh, there are many fly hanging around.
I ordered a tempura rice, the tempura was soft like stored in refridge for month ald , not crunchy at all.
The sushi on the spinning plate was like storing in refridge for weeks , the rice taste like chewing gum, it's nightmare for having meal there
Very very disappointed for Sunway carnival sushi king, taste like rubbish, welcome to sushi king if u want to prank your friend or your enemy.
Also the environment is very unfriendly, the air condition in the room was not fresh , the window,table,chair and chopsticks there feel oily, it doesn't met the standard of an average restaurant.

โ โ โ โ โ Quite a long queue if you go during peak hours.
Since there are six of us, the queue is even longer to cater people in groups, unless youโre a solo or couple. Then youโll get the table much faster. The food is standard and the price shown in the menu already included the tax. Since we go during Happy Hour, we got 20% disc. You need to show your app to the cashier for the QR code
