★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was another experiences to taste Japanese food in here but I had a bit disappointed for the qualities of food and services!! One poor staff kept serving to many tables alone at that time I was there. I ordered Spicy Niku Ramen and the egg was so COLD!!! And the services quite slow!! I tried to understnd with during Covid pandemic and less staffs but still.... to slow!! Maybe I will return again to recheck if the services get better ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Event though the Unagi was not up to expectation everything was perfect, from service to the food even the green tea was just nice. The wait in line was a little long but it was totally worth it. Highly recommended and if you wanna go go early or make a reservation. The Takotaki was my favourite perfectly made and flavoured. The baby octopus ? was fresh and sweet.

Foods are okay
It's on the standard
Price is ok , but it's getting slightly higher.
When its crowded the food serving speed sometimes is a little slow.
But still my preferable japanese restaurant in pyramid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went against my better judgement for a quick lunch fix. It used to be an average Japanese place serving ok food. There's no need to go fancy all time, but just to get your kick for the week. It was such a disappointment and it's amazing how I still ate everything up, like chewing on your anger because you are angry at yourself for making a poor decision.
The portions were small, the freshness of the ingredients were ok, some questionable choices includes the Toro sushi which turns out to be just regular tuna, kampachi sashimi which was at least 3 days old- edible but the slime was forming, spicy salmon maki with tobasco and mayo mix and fried onion, quite gag!
Note to self, when in doubt eat MCD la.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food here was great. The sushi was nice- even spicy, and also had great chicken karaage but the place honestly feels like it hasn’t been cleaned for months. I sat on hair and used oily utensils, would have been 4 if I didn’t feel uncomfortable ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Let’s start of with service. Exceptionally poor. We had to wait 20 minutes just for green tea. Even after asking the waiter, it still took 5 minutes. So 25 minutes for just green tea. Poor start. Next food quality has dropped drastically. Do not expect anything other than a huge spoonful of mayonnaise on your food. Tasteless seafood and all flavour by sauce. I recommend you just buy mayonnaise and dump on fish, will save you 3/4 of the price.
