β β β β β I had received Gift vouchers of RM20 to be redeemed as Empire Sushi Sungai Wang which were due to expire on 31st August 2021. However due to the MCO, I was not able to get there to redeem. When I checked about 2 weeks ago, it mentioned at the website that the outlet at Sungai Wang has been closed permanently. Then I looked as the HQ website and sent an enquiry through the website "contact us feature" asking what to do. It has been now more than 10 days and I have not got any response from the HQ. I wonder what their customer service is like. Should I wait for a response or just throw the vouchers away?

1>complain - When i reached the 1utama Empire Sushi by 12.25pm, noon lunch time, you can refer photo 1, haven't prepare for business?? Shortage??? What ever, I'm still can choose other.
2>complain - I saw that guy is doing half way the handroll Idako, so i tell cashier i want 1pcs, so she said will proceed the transaction later she will pass to me, so i wait infront of the counter, you can refer swcond photo, that guy walk here and there listening phone, so that HANDROOLL IDAKO he take 20min to done for 1pcs!!!!!! I had to wait for 20min for only 1pcs cost RM4.50. When i stand in front the counter see the video they play, get reward SOBA silver!!!!! I'm more angry!!!!!! This kind of service get silver reward!???? THEY WORTH TO GET THIS PRIZE???? if you going to 1Utama empire sushi please think twice!!! And i hope Jordan Tan and Nicole Lim you can see this and improve immediately!!!!
