Malacca is our kampung and hainanese pork satay is a must-have whenever we are back to see our extended family and relatives. There are a few places for this but suukee has the most comfortable environment with air conditioning.

This was a big surprise to me because I personally never had Hainanese Satay before! Unlike Malay Satay whereby the meat is marinated in the same old yellow lemongrass(?) marinate and grilled, this type of satay was savoury and matched the flavour profile of the meat used. I am not saying that the common Malay Satay is boring, I just prefer a more savoury marination as oppose to the sweet kind! Why not try both! ? If you do come here, the pork belly skewers are a definite must, it is the best tasting foodstuff I have had in all my years of coming back to Melaka to visit my family. Chendol was great too! Not to sweet nor surfeit ??????

Love the pork satay. Takeaway in 6 May 2022. Pizza was tasty too. Everything is good. Sadly didn't get to try their otak2 as it was not available. And on 5th May 2022 it was close.

Satays are juicy with a delightful bite. Gravy is excellent with a balance of spice and pineapples. They still serve the wonderful ketupat!

Well marinated pork satay, alternating between meat and fats part. Portion is small which costs rm1 each. Cendol is huge disappointment because the cendol is frozen! Lacks gula Melaka fragrance. Pizza is so-so,forgettable. Should Just order satay here

Satay taste good even without the sauce, but with the sauce still best. Come early else the rare ingrediant like gizzard or innard are sold out quick. Order more else you have to wait very long for your next batch, mostly other will order a lot. Cendol still okok

RM1.1 per stick with minimum 10 stick ordered. Dine in around lunch and there’s only a table taken. Hence food was served in lightning speed. Ordered 20 stickes of chicken satay. What I really love about them are the fact that there’s no fats but just lean meat! Unlike the satay you found on typical Malay store, the stick consists of a mixture of fats and lean meat but not here. The sauce is shockingly good too. It comes with a pineapple aroma and tasted well! Cendol on the other hand is just generic.

It was our first time visit, the Menu has only 3 pages, so quite easy to pick what you want to try. We ordered the red bean curd pork belly, the normal pork and chicken, and the pork liver. Liver has a strong scent, it didn't go well with the satay peanut sauce cos the sauce is quite mild and sweet. Chicken and normal pork is more suitable with the sauce. Best choice for me is the bean curd pork belly with it's distinctive taste and chew strength. Price is on higher side, overall this place is more suitable for tourists or visitors.
