★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hygiene is good, usually went here during happy refill promotion period, the food here taste average, but is worth for the refill promotion, downside for their refill is that sometime they forgot to serve the refill dishes we ordered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ tricky to find, hidden away in the food court section end of the mall. This BBQ plaza has good quality meat (unlike some) and quick staff. Well ventilated (a must for such outlets) and able to accomodate large groups. Always best to go when they have the " all you can eat " offer avalable.

Overall: Staff always seems too busy to entertainment customers. A bit slow but still friendly. Food are great but only worth the money when there's unlimited promotion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited bbq plaza last week. It is still good, offering fresh meat and seafood. Unlimited cabbage is available. Their sauce is good, unique, and it goes well with the bbq meat and all. Although it's a bbq place, but the ventilation is quite well managed, therefore wouldn't feel too sweaty or uncomfortable while eating. Staffs are friendly. Price is kind of high though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gaining popularity for BBQ lovers who dislike getting the smokes from traditional BBQ stocks. This Thai style BBQ chain outlet is a hit with with both children and adults. The self-cook menu offers a variety of carefully prepared fresh and quality food and spicy and non spicy dipping. We order a few standard sets and other side dishes. All in all, an enjoyable dinning expriences especially for the kids. The prices are reasonable and service staff doing a good job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Once in a blue moon visit here on a Monday because it's always fully seated. We ordered the number 103 set which had mostly meat, and a small portion of vege and noodles.
Top that with 2 drinks and 2 garlic rice, total bill is about below RM 90.
Ingredients were freshly prepared and the attendants here are attentive and they adhere to strict SOP. Cooking is DIY style, so you'll be busy all the time grilling meat and stuff and oiling the pan, and only you have food to eat.
Air conditioning I feel is at maximum output, and the air circulation also quite ok, no heavy smoke smell after walking out of the restaurant.
