★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service is sucks,staff didnt seem to welcome the customers, probably because we wore sandals and dressed too simple they thought we could not afford it. shodav gone to Sunway Putra Mall Swarovski outlet instead.. 1 star because if not, my review wont be posted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good service provided by the staff there. Actually I had compared between Pandora and Swarovski. By the way , I choose Swarovski due to the good service provided by them. Thanks for the staff there named Jayden for his great explanation and opinion to help me choose the gift for my wife . She did loved it a lot . Definitely will come to make purchase for the second time. Thanks Jayden !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband bought a swarovski pendant for valentine present. After trying it on,i noticed that the pendant actually cannot be taken out from their chain,as i actually prefer to wear the pendant on my white gold chain.(i know their chain is not durable for daily used). So i kept the pendant unused,and bring back to the store for exchange. At the store,the sales person claimed that this chain is not as lustrous as their new set in store,and refused to change for me.Come on,if i wore the product,there should be scratches on the chain/pendant. Ok,this showed how good quality of swarovki's product is. I would rather pay more for white gold product next time!
*Reading back the warranty paper,stated that there is 2 years warranty,i am wondering what kind of warranty they provide.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband bought me swarovski watch for my birthday. After two months use the battery drain and we send back to the shop because still in warranty. Sales girl named su said that they need to send the watch to singapore to change the battery and will be ready for pick up after 2 months. Now, two months pass but I still not received any phone call saying my watch is ready to collect. Can you imagine how long i must wait for change battery? Very bad service i never come again for next purchase!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service, worst treatment, worst quality, and worst company to deal with. I bought a necklace from them and 3 months later the white diamonds turned green!! I took good care of it and never got it in contact with water, but of course they blamed it on me for not taking good care of it or that this happened because of humid!! But since I have a warranty they agreed to exchange it with the same piece, but I wanted the same piece in black diamonds instead of white so I won't face this problem again. It's clearly stated on their website that I can replace it with another item with the same price, but they said this is not how it works in Malaysia. The Swarovski website is global and the warranty policies are international. So how come they have different policies?!! The person that works at the store told me that even if I took the black one I should be careful so it won't change color. So what does that tell you about the quality of their diamonds? Never going to purchase from them again. I wouldn't even give them a 1 star rating but I had to in order to write a review..
