经理服务态度极差，一直强逼顾客购买东西，按摩师的技术非常舒服，但是看到经理的服务态度真的让我非常反感非常不舒服，很多次想再次光临，但是想到他的服务态度，直接不想再光临，太过不舒服。。。

I’m reviewing the facial service and not the products used. Can’t really comment on the effectiveness of the products since they were only applied during the facial “treatment”, and it was my first time using it. I use the term “treatment” loosely as it was not. It was more of a relaxing high-end spa facial with nice smells and a price tag to match. Also the “extraction” that they say was included in all of their “treatments” was more of a light scratch on your face that barely felt like anything, nor did it do anything LIKE. AT. ALL. I felt cleaner and better going to those shop lot facials or to those ladies who open their shops at a housing or Taman area at a fraction of the cost, like they clean your face so good that it could last up to 3 hours per session. I had like a zit that was ready to pop and all, with the head waving at them smr and my lady didn’t even touch it ??‍♀️ The facial at Dr Hausckha was 90 mins at promo price of RM273 but a good chunk of the time was spent massaging my scalp, back, shoulder and feet (which I said I didn’t not want feet) the facial massage honestly was a waste of time like bruh if you’re not gonna put pressure on my face how will it circulate my blood flow or have any lymphatic drainage effect? Like it felt like my facial person (whom was nice btw) was just moving my cheek fat around. My friend and I went there and we clearly told them we need extraction and we have congested pores, especially around the mouth area due the the mask wearing and we went with their suggestion assuring us that there will be extraction and that particular treatment was good for us. But now I feel like they just have to hit some type of quota/target with that treatment and after that, they tried to sell us the same thing paired with another treatment. At the end of the day, it felt very sales driven. Which I get, it’s a business but don’t overwhelm us like that. And I’m sorry my friend was already very insecure about her skin, announcing hers was taking more time because “her skin is very bad” once is enough, you don’t have to keep repeating it. Like I get it, I’ll wait. As a person who has been going to facials since I was 15 yrs old, I can differentiate a relaxing spa facial vs the treatment one. Unfortunately, this falls under the relaxing one but it was sold to us as if it’s the treatment kind. Also, another thing that annoyed me was their form, they wanted our address, occupation, IC number etc. Like for what? Even my dermatologist doesn’t ask so many questions. Just to be clear, nothing is wrong with the relaxing kind. It was just not want we asked for. Sorry, but yeah quite dissatisfied and disappointed.

Same group of people from the previous Jurlique brand. I love their service and care hence I decided to stick with them and try out this brand that also uses natural ingredients. So far so good, am happy with this German brand that is Natrue certified. The team here are top notch, they are well trained and will advise what is suitable for my aging sensitive skin. Look for Elysia for product & treatment advise and Pennie to do facial, they are awesome. ??
