 I bought a black forest cake here for my friend's birthday.
After singing the song and blowing candles, I found that the black forest in the black forest cake was broken and sour. .
Then I ate that layer after layer of cake. . Also not new. . Hard. . Good luck and bought a bad cake. .
I bought raisin cheese bread afterwards. . The texture is also stiff. . Not fresh. . ????
Disappointed with this bakery. .
Why is it so bad?

โ โ โ โ โ The branch in bandar sri damansara will charge you 20 cents for the plastic bag without asking you first and you never know cause they don't give you receipt for your purchase

โ โ โ โ โ 14 May 2020 around 6.30 pm. After I make payment Cashier dont issue receipt to customers. When I ask where is my receipt. She didnt like it bec nobody ask for it + I am the only one.The way the Cashier answer not friendly at all. I told her I need a receipt after I pay in case somebody stop me + say I didnt pay at least I hv proof of payment. She told me rudely say I didnt ask so she didnt give me. If I want I hv to ask for it. I didnt like the way she talk at me. I told her look here I pay for it Its my right to get a receipt. As a customer I dont deserve this treatment. Then she turn around and say I was rude to her. I ask is it wrong to ask for a receipt after I pay. Her colleague later join in and say I was rude. Of course she side her colleague + both say I was rude. I didnt know asking for a receipt is rude + get all these nonsense from them.

โ โ โ โ โ This bakery is one of the earlier bakeries in Sri Damansara. I used to get my birthday cakes for my sons back then in 2008. However, I haven't been going there for a long time because I find that no refurbishment has been done to the bakery to brighten it up. It appears dark through its smeared glass. Also, at that time, I noticed that if you had bought a few types of pastries, the cashier would at times short-change you. So, I always insist on a receipt. My sons are already grown-ups now. So, I don't buy from them now. Even if I do, there are other better choices.
