★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I am buying 5 packs of rice onbehalf of my friend and ask the cashier by the name of Miss Elaine to help me to write down the price for each packing , what she does is seeing each dish I take and start writing down the prices in those packing , when she start to key in to the cashier machine she open again the each pack and recount again the dish that she have already writting down the prices in pack, i asking her why you do this thing, can't you just key in the prices you have written in earlier and give me the total prices she quiet for a while and start told me that the prices written in the pack is difference what she gone to be key in to the cashier machine, she say this is the matter their boss ask them to do, I told her this is call cheating, how come your do business in this manner, I ask her I want to talk to your boss or the person in charge, she told me no one here just her self and the short Auntie, ... Hello everyone just becareful for this 2 Auntie Cashier' whenever they count for your food in this BSD branch. .???

Please read all latest and past customers reviews. If you as a customer suffered in the hands of this unscrupulous cashiers, please keep posting your reviews here and spread the news until they stop taking unfair advantage of customers. Exercise your consumer rights!

I was right in my earlier review. Newest reviews by Joanne and Karen confirmed my earlier review below. Customers beware of the short cashier! Management, please get rid of this shrewd short cashier or this news will spread in the Sri Dsara community and you will lose business! Those here who had a bad experience with this short cashier, please provide your feedback here until she is gotten rid of!!!

Food quality and taste are inconsistent and deteriorated over time. The 2 cashiers, particularly the shorter one, is very cunning and inconsistent in charging like some past reviews mentioned. Our last straw was when for a bill of RM10, she took RM10 from me and RM20 from my old mom ie total RM30 and return RM10 to me without returning RM10 to my confused mom. In other words, for a RM10 bill, she collected RM20, pocketing RM10 for herself. She took advantage of my 82yo old mom confusion! My old mom realised later that she didn't get back her change but too late as time has lapsed. I've seen, in past occasions, customers arguing with this short cashier. So, beware of this and avoid this place if possible especially when this cunning short cashier is around. Hope others share their unpleasant experience with this particular cashier here in this Google review to warn others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Becareful, one of the aunty wearing uniform is charging you extra. Two vege (normal size) charge you RM10.50, with excuse that i take a lot. I see the system only show (1 vege - RM2.00, Another vege RM2.50) I miss to see where she keep the money, but i guess the extra cash you paid will not go inside the restaurant wallet.

Wan eat economy rice to save money tapi auntie count so expensive i ask 2 dish only wor more than RM10? Then she ngam and give 多多 explanation say meat expensive fish expensive u take so many this is 2 ppl eat already

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The charges are vary every time. This time they charged RM1.3 for one piece of small chicken with bone (1/4 palm size) as I was told. Better to avoid shorter lady cashier and worker cashier.
