★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tight Security with tight SOP. Rooms were spacious and nice. There is a ceiling leaking in the toilet that management might need to look into. Parking limited and need to reserve in advance, otherwise you might want to park by the roadside which is not advisable. Overall acceptable for me, can consider coming back especially the location is very strategic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They need to improve the service to all guests, including the private unit apartments. We booked in one and the staffs weren't helpful at all. They didn't want to escorting us to the post box to collect the key of the apartment let alone assisting us with the luggages. This horrible service affects the name of the whole company. I'll just avoiding the Swiss Garden worldwide if exist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Check in here yesterday with best friend. Strategic location. A few walk away one will reach Jalan Alor . One of the busiest and lively street in Bukit bintang.
Now it really frustrate me as when we checked in to the room , there was no welcome drink / refreshment . All the basic amenities are there . Big spacious master bedroom , microwave , extra bed , even washing machine . Air-cond was cold and fast wifi. Down at lobby has minimart as well. Swimming pool is closed but the infinity pool view is magnificent ?. Certain things need to improve as the laminated timber in bathroom start pealing off . Two chairs almost broken and could lead to injury. Overall it's a nice experience for a night.#nightlife #changkatbukitbintang #anightinkl #staycation
