★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought an ip11, but was given an ip 13 screen protector instead by the salesgirl. Bad customer service by switch, and call never pick up. Just notice the wrong screen protector was installed when receiver sounds seem distant and couldn’t be heard clearly. It completely blocks the receiver on top. Was your loyal customer, but guess what, not anymore. It’s a hassle to change to a new one. This one is rm77, considered burnt!
