★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service. Staffs are rude & not helpful at all. My mother tried to close her account because of non existent service in her area, but was passed around without any answers. Even the Main HQ in KL customer service was bad. She was promised a waiver since was no internet connection since March 2016, after so many phone calls to them on August 2016 they retracted their promise. They even have the audacity to charge for no service rendered throughout the months! All in all, the worst internet service provider in Malaysia.
