★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brand new Apple reseller. Friendly helpful staff. Very limited number of customers allowed into the store - they are taking extra precautions. A very small store, but there is another branch of Switch directly opposite in BB Park.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1) Your staff did not aware and not attention to detail. I asked for Nike 7 gps starlight, but he proceed with regular 7 midnight. Then need to redo bla bla.
2) usually when I buy apple product in Switch, your staff will assist very well and help to turn on the product until cust satisfied. But my turn today in Lowyat outlet, your staff Khairul did not assist me very well, since the watch no battery. Your staff should try alternative how to deal with such case , since Im buying here. If any problem once go out from outlet, if got faulty product so how ? You will not ever to take responsible. Thats why everytime I go buy in Switch I need to make sure everything is clear until the successful of turn on product. But this time around, that not happened. Staff name Khairul with lazy and lame face assist me.
3) lack of skills.

I visited this shop to buy iPhone, I went in a ready to purchase, I was seeking attention from the staffs but they ignored me and finally I went to one of the staff name Jyugiin Tan to ask about the product, he just wanted me to pay and go without any survey which is really bad manner and unprofessional salesman! I silently walked away from this shop when I felt racism and racial discrimination from Jyugiin Tan!
I was really disappointed with his attitude toward me, if you don’t show your good attitude and hospitality with kindness and respect to customers , no one will be confident to do service with you.
I hope my review help the owner to train the staffs and improve their performances.
I don’t recommend this shop and I really don’t want to see shop in Lowyat, I can’t forget the racism and racial discrimination I faced from Jyugiin Tan
