★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New, clean and convenient place for coffee or lunch whilst out shopping. Easy to contactless ordering from your phone. Plenty of power sockets for phone charging and laptop use. Lovely outdoor area too, particularly pleasant in the morning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very clean restaurant facing Outback. Food was served piping hot. Staffs was friendly and most importantly, food tasted on point. The WiFi code will be on your receipt. Price is fair too. Nothing but good things to say about this restaurant. In fact I will go as far as to say the restaurant is designed so as to enable work or discussion to happen there. Check it out.

The teh I ordered was bland and not hot.
Sandwich portion is small. Menu prices are rather steep compared to other kopitiam chain stores.
Place looks under staff. Self order via QR code.
Nice place for meetings as it’s not crowded and generally spacious with indoor & outdoor seating areas.
