★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I definitely think this is the superior Switch store (as of 6th December 2021) in Sungai Petani. The service provided on both of my visits was absolutely amazing (one was a nice lady with a ponytail who I unfortunately did not get the name of, and another was Jaymes)! While the Amanjaya branch was not at all bad as well, I definitely preferred my experience here as a whole. I look forward to returning soon.

She's very polite, patiently explained everything, every single thing you ask and serve you from the payment to aftersales. And she's cute. Worth it. Thanks for wonderful experience there, also with the other staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a review for amanjaya mall Switch outlet..firstly , the maxis personnels were excellent..but im quiet taken aback by one of the switcher (a salesgirl) who has bulky accessories..for me that was inappropriate when you were handling a delicate new device..your dangling accessories are nice but plz just keep it to yourself when you are not working..I bought the device for a hefty price plz handle with care..conclusion that switcher is a bit rough and prone for carelessness
