★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was contacted by Swivelt and was offered a position from their company an interview but after that I never heard from this company even after sending emails to the recruiter and their manager.
I think this company needs to learn the basic etiquette of recruiting, if you think that person did not pass the interview, be straightforward and let that person know the reason as this will help the applicant to improve themselves instead of ghosting them, this just shows how unprofessional your employees are.
I'm not really sure if this company is even real since they post quite a few vacancies on their page and linkedin but I don't really see a good number of people working here.
Anyways, I think their hiring process should improve and people behind it must be professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ my experience with this company was completely horrible with unprofessional HR with no ethics nor manners to deal with people. The HR was rude to me and purposely wont tell the issue while make you wonder what you did wrong. cant come up or follow up with any covid guidelines properly. dealing with people from Swivelt was a complete joke. I'm glad with my instant resignation as there was not even an apology or improvement was done for their behavior. I will never deal with company like this ever again.
