We are taxpayers. We deserve, at the very least, a decent water supply. What's the point of the company's whole existence if you have literally one job and you fail so miserably at it?!

- go SADA to buy form to fill
- go post office to buy LHDN stamp
- go UTC LHDN to get stamping
- back to SADA to submit stamped form
While you can change TNB ownership by submitting docs online

β β β β β Very terrible services. Its been ages, with the water interruption around my area dan SADA didnt improve at all !!!! Every year akan ada masalah air yang berlanjutan for months. PLEASE DO YOUR JOB PROPERLY !!

β β β β β The water pressure for my area has be extremely low since more than 10 years ago, but no action taken. Nowadays, no water supply even using water pump.
Each days, only have water supply for about 2 hours. Couple days of no water supply had become the normal thing. The water supply also very dirty.
Shame on you, SADA.
You know what? I never give bad review on any shop/company/services. You make me make the first step.

Well, I tried to call SADA's 'aduan line', around 9.05am on this one lovely Sunday morning. No one picks up. And I was like what's the problem? It was during their 'aduan' working hour, 8am-12am.
And 1st thing pop up in my head, meeting? Lol... Impossible, operators should standby, at least one person doing the job, during their working hour to pick up any call. That's the purpose of having these 'aduan line' right?
Then, the next thing, i was like let's check their FB page if there were any 'gangguan bekalan' notice somewhere in Kedah at that time. You know their FB is the one they maintain and update well. Forget the rest of other platform. Wallla~~ Got a few, Pendang n Kuala Muda.
OK. No luck for calling that day.
P/S: Well, I wrote this review just to let some of you know, if you want to call on the day when it is 'gangguan bekalan' day somewhere in Kedah, just forget about it. The team won't pick up. Probably scared to face the verbal harassment from the enraged callers of the affacted areas.
I know as there are few times when no one picks up this 'aduan line', usually because that day is the gangguan bekalan day in areas under this SADA's supervision. So, save your energy and emotion. Better try calling next time or physically present at their 'prestigious' hq (though I know not everyone has the 'luxury' to be there). Maybe can try email too though I'm myself not sure how fast or effective that email works.

β β β β β Poor service. Not deserved even 1 star. 2 months and nothing resolved. Only one line to call n operates only btw 8am-12am. So how about the rest of the time? Water is running 24 hours, so why in the world limit ur line to only those hours?? Emergency can happen anytime. Very stingy to employ more staffs to work more effectively just to spend generously on that useless tall hq office. Turun padang la tengok keadaan customer, bukan terperap kat ofis tu jer. Kalo turun, fix the problem not keep asking ur customer to keep waiting and being patient. Patience has limit too. And teach some of ur operators to be helpful, not only know how to quickly pass the number (like wrong too, without opening a report), and said her/his job done. Maybe it's time to have open systems for this water service like phone/Internet service. Get competitors, n i believe u will work better. If not, at least we as customers, have option to choose who we want to get annoyed with. Not staying put and stressed inside like now.

β β β β β Non effective action taken since complaint raised two months ago (July 2021), detail below:
Issue: low water pressure during day time (water can only reach second floor, ie dbl story, into water tank after 11pm).
Location: whole Taman desa makmur 2 and tmn desa makmur, Lunas, Kedah. (dbl story)
Hope SPAN take over for water issue resolution!
