โ โ โ โ โ Service bad not align to thier vision . Make maintenance work but two days no water restoration. Call the hotline , they poor girl not able to answer , she also not informed with enough details.
Not sure how far they understand the difficulty of people run domestic chores and business without water .
Advertised and reality like "bumi Dan langit"

โ โ โ โ โ Dear Sir/Madam,
I would like to make a complain about the inexistant of water in my house. For a week, more than 5days,my house would be out of water or water with extremely small pressure. Since, we have pay for water bills for every month and yet still getting this kind of services, are you guys really doing your work? This thing happened from Mac of 2021 until now and the problem is still there. I hope the problem would be solved as soon as possible and sorry to say that, I WOULDN'T GIVE UP ON COMPLAINING BEFORE THIS MATTER IS SOLVED.

Feedback: Need 24 hours to make arrangements.
Clean water shooting vigorously outside for 24 hours whereas house no water supply.
Called again after time frame. No one answered.
Finally, thanks to a kind Samaritan passer-by bought parts and repaired it all by himself.
