Worst service ever. Would rather rate 0 star. Report lodged in April but only in June they sent people to visit. My bills were skyrocket RM900 & RM600 and have to bear people not coming to address the issue since it was MCO. Yet when there are people coming, they said everything was normal though 2 plumbers that we paid said there are no leakages in our premise, so it was more off meter issue. Staff that are coming also was rude AF

My issue to reg sains as bought subsale house.after take number wait about 15 min, I bring along snp copy n ic,she ask me to photostat ic infornt of office,after i photostat i need to fill up form, then after that she said take new number with rude way,n meaning need to take new que.disappointed.sains behind library.shame of u

Came here on Friday morning for a new subsale application. The whole process took less than 4 minutes. The lady at the counter was efficient and courteous. Ps. I wasnโ€™t the only one, there were three others in the queue. What is more - my new meter was connected same day in less than 8 hours. Well done, SAINS!

Most of the time they not supplies water area angsamas...Every week at least one day they stop water supplies without any notice...Very terrible for cooking and for the daily activities...If have children's and old age people more terrible..Please improve the service

Worst service ever! Always with same reason but no improvement from last year. But cut the meter so fast and on time. Funny and not responsible at all.

I had an outstanding bill and they came and uninstalled my meter, it's ok bcoz it's my fault and the very next day I went ( Sunway ) to sains later I did a online transfer and settled the full amount, its been 4 days and the water supply is not installed, water is an essential part of a human being s life may it be an adult or a child it's a very important thing in one's life. Is this how u people work, u have no respect for a fellow human being, there's no responsibility,no urgency just as Tun Mahatir once said ( malas ). I went again, mind u leaving my work here in sunway to sains, as usual " we will come over this afternoon" it's 5 pm now and they are pemalas yang hanya pentingkan diri sendiri, how are you going to serve the people when you have such an attitude???
