★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company doesn't deserve any star at all. I bought a ticket from tbs to masjid tanah because i want to get off directly in front of uitm. When we arrived, i want to take my luggage under the bus but THE BUS STARTED TO F**KING DRIVE AWAY!! I RAN AFTER THE STUPID BUS WHILE KNOCKING IT UNTIL IT STOPPED!! AND THE DRIVER WAS VERY VERY RUDE!!! HE ACTUALLY ASKED, "Apasal letak beg kat bawah?!" DAH AKU BAWAK LUGGAGE, TAKKAN AKU NAK BAWAK NAIK ATAS??!!!
The bottom line is, your driver's attitude destroys your company's name. I pay for your service. Not going to take a bus from this company ever again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ lousy service at the Melaka ticket counter 7. One rude,arrogant fat indian selling ticket there. He should learn some skills not communicating with customers. If he keeps on being rude to customers, Iam sure Jebat Express/city express will lose their reputation.Iam sure this fat Indian guy have been rude to many customers......Please take action to curb this guy from ruining your company's name. Being rude and arrogant to future customers will in future loose revenues to Jebat Express.Just because of one fat bad apple in your company.Please take note.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just now I reached at Melaka sentral From TBS. It's horrible service. All passenger take off one place front of Masjid Melaka Tanha. I ask to drive & staff. There behaviour is very rough. They told me this is last station. When I was back they call me and Ask. where are you from ? What are you doing ? Let's go police Station. I ask them what happened ? Why you want to go to police station ? Driver checking my ticket didn't back my ticket. This place 27 km far from Melaka sentral.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This bus company deserves a SUPER NEGATIVE RATING for employing the stupidest driver ever. The Indian driver of Trip No. MJBSP11 driving a bus with number plate JNE5577, from Melaka to Singapore on the 14th of July at 11 am had the cheek to tell my family in Singapore that my daughter never traveled on the bus throwing the whole family into panic! The company should sack him for being so irresponsible, not only leaving her behind at customs and on top of that lying to her family who was waiting in Singapore to pick her up that he had carried all passengers on board and that there had been no one that fits her description on the bus. Where do you get such A**HO*E drivers from?? Sack him!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm a student and this is the first time i ride with this company . My bus ticket was scheduled at 9.30am, but the bus did not stop at the bus stop and speeding up instead of stopping at the bus stop in front of a university . I have been waiting for more that an hour , and rode the next scheduled bus at 11.00 am . What if I have a flight to catch? Improve your service please . I travel from Melaka to Kuala Lumpur btw.

Negative star rating.
Waiting for bus from Melaka to JB. Already waiting more than 2 hours. Second jebat Express bus also running late. Left stranded as will miss all connection after getting off. Company should have sent another bus to replace if one bus running late to keep customers happy. Please take my advice. Don't travel with this company. YOU WILL REGRET IT.... 2 hours waiting and still no certainty or ETA of the bus.
