★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The driver of the above bus is very rude, nonprofessional and misbehave to my 2 year old son.
Details:
During the trip, my 2 year old son was playing the seat belt and dropped the belt bucket on the bus floor for few times. I heard he shouted something from his seat which I did not understand as it was fast and I did not pay attention. 20 seconds later my son make the bucket dropped again, and he forcefully jammed brake and we almost fell from our seat, so did all the other passengers. He parked the bus, stood up and yelled at this 2-years old kid, yelled to him not to do this again.
My kid was shocked, frighten and cried. I just wondered how an old man could do this to a kid. He might do this to his kid or other kids, but not to my kid, as we are his customers. He should talk humanly, just informed us, just warned us. I could not accept such a cruel bahavior to my son.
Some of the other passengers who sat nearby also felt he was misbehaved. They also encouraged me to write a complain. And I am doing now, during my trip.
One more complain is about smoking. During the mid way, the driver was smoking. As I sat just behind the driver seat (seat 3&4), I heard he unpacked and cigarette box, opened the glass and smoke. When I tried to look at his face through the rear mirror, he suddenly turned the mirror up and I could not see his action.The smell was too bad to bear. There is a sign not to smoke, but he did himself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked a ticket going to Melaka Sentral from TBS with Delima bus scheduled at 9.30pm. My friend and I were at the gates at 9.15pm but around 9.35pm, the status of the bus arrival changed from on time to delayed. At this time my friend decided to go to the toilet as she badly needed to relieve herself. Shortly after she left the bus arrived. I was able to board the bus but the driver decided to close the doors while my friend was 10 seconds away running towards the bus. I was pleading with the driver that my friend is the one rushing towards us but he kept ignoring me and seemed to enjoy my misery. My friend is a tourist from abroad and her things are with me when I boarded the bus. Realizing that all her belongings are with me, I pleaded with the driver that I needed to get off the bus. He instead stopped in the middle of the highway and dropped me off while buses are rushing from all directions. I was carrying four large bags while running back TBS in the middle of the highway. This experience has traumatized me because I almost got hit by an approaching bus. I have never been so traumatized by a bus operator for putting my life in danger and recklessly abandoning a tourist without her belongings with her.
