★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service and expensive. I scanned the MySejahtera app already and then ask for 1 litre Nippon Paint product, the lady boss said before she can answer my question, I must scan the app first.
I told her I already scan the app and she just look away and busy her own things.
After few mins, she finally come out from counter and ask what colour I want.
I said I want white, and she said only have black, and only have 5 litre.
Later the male boss heard and corrected the lady boss and said actually got 1 litre white colour.
After few more mins, the male boss finally took out the 1 litre white paint and said RM65. I have to buy to finish my halfway painting.
It is expensive as Shopee only selling RM40. If it is expensive but good service I can understand.
Now Covid + expensive + bad service?
I won’t be returning again.
