Good service. I bought a Panasonic refrigerator 602L bottom freezer there and they shipped it the same day. There are no additional shipping costs to send to Senai. Compared to others which required 2 to 14 days to shipout.

Boss and staff are nice, I think that why price is very high. Try compare few shops or compare online price before you make the decision. Some of their products no price tag. I rather go Harvey Norman Paradigm Mall or Senheng because price are tagged and reasonable, straight away is best selling price and no need negotiation step. Think about it if u not good in negotiation also how much they can less for you. Try ask few shops price before your purchase. Shop and spend wisely.

My TV digital box cannot receive sg channel due to antenna signal strength is low at apartment. Brought there and plan to buy an antenna. I explained to them the problem, they need to charge me for the setting to see whether my digital box problem or antenna problem. I thought they will not calculate the setting fee if I buy antenna from them. At first I thought the setting will be something like update the firmware or something special but at last I found out is just do the channels auto searching. For this kind of so called setting they charge rm35, just to search using their TV and antenna in 5 minutes time. this is very expensive because I need to know what is the happen then only i can buy antenna from the shop. I am doing business also but I won't simply charge this kind of fee to customer. Simple example, if your phone charger problem then u bring your phone to shop to test, then found out your charger problem, at last u buy charger and they charge u rm15 fee for the checking. The boss is assembling the antenna for me at first but he stopped and asked me whether I can do it by myself after our argument on this checking fee. They I replied I just do it by myself cause I really felt upset with them. My thinking is if people don't know please don't simply charge them for consultation fee or checking fee. They also buy something from you. Just 5 minutes checking and I also know how to check but I cannot receive sg channels but only Malaysia channels due to my antenna signal not strong. The photo attached are the searching I did only receive Malaysia channel. They charge rm35 just for this. After argument with them they reduce 50% for the checking fee and it is not so technical thing, just search the channel n they said this is setting. I really had bad experience buying thing here. Pls be kind n earn what u should earn. At last the antenna is without warranty and I am OK with it. But I requested them to test it but they show me sample in front of their shop. This antenna have electronic components n I need to know whether it can function or not. Now I only hope and pray it can work else rm150 will be wasted for this antenna.. They sold this rm150 to me where you can get cheaper at other place such as GW electric JB. Due to limited of time (lockdown soon) and don't know much on this technology so no choice to pay more. If your digital box cannot receive sg channel you could buy this antenna online with cheaper price. Sometime isn't that we do not want to buy from shop but get chop until mother also cannot recognize..after long argument n I told them I don't want to buy alr then they said pay half for checking fee which is rm17.5. So total rm167.50. Since tomorrow is lock down n no time to go other shop then no choice. Become water fish then. I would like to share what I learned here, if your digital box can receive Malaysia channels but not sg channel in jb district, you could get antenna like photo attached. Get those with USB supply will be better because it can amplifier the signal. 11/11/21 Staff said RM30 charge is for program, as I understand program is you need firmware to download the program inside microcontroller chip. What they did is just do the setting on the TV box thus not program. That why I not agree with the charge because it is misleading. Actually I should said I want to buy the antenna and test with my TV box only. Also the antenna price also extremely high in term of percentage compare to others. Try 国光 at JB also if you looking for those electrical part, their price is reasonable.
