β β β β β Service aircond installer teruk??, customer dah book appointment tarikh seminggu awal, bila text tak reply, datang lambat. Bila customer call nk refund boleh pula rushing datang. Buat keje teruk, byk kali jatuhkan drill gun, hammer ke lantai, hempasΒ² tool. Pecah mozek rumah kami. ????
Service aircond installer is bad??, customer has booked an appointment a week in advance, if the text doesn't reply, it comes late. When a customer calls for a refund, they can also rush to come. Make a bad keje, byk times drop the drill gun, hammer to the floor, hempasΒ² tool. Break the mosaic of our house. β

β β β β β Bad experience. Last year I bought one item ice box. Still under warranty. When I call their treat me like a rubbish and not entertain me properly as a customer. So poor services.

β β β β β Lousy service, never pick up.call, customer service bad attitude and rude over the phone. Promise to deliver by 2pm end up arrive on 645pm. And never even bother apologize! The malay driver just came in and kept on asking me to sign delivery form without even install the tv yet. Customer service promise to call back to explain about extended warranty, but to date never receive any call from them.
Will never buy anything from them anymore....
