★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service! Still not 10pm but already close for your own staff's mistake. Had to come twice for your staff mistake. Said to come before 10 pm but close before 9:30pm! Klinik Mediviron Bandar Baru Sg Buloh please pay for my time and petrol.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad and slow service! Been waiting for almost 2 weeks already to get the medical checkup reports! No updates or any news at all. Each time I called to ask for clarifications, always use the same lame excuses. At least give useful resources la if it was something out of their control. Even the staffs were kinda rude too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very lousy clinic. Don't ever come here if you wish to take MC. Such a waste of time and money! Doctor wont give it to you as an act of doctor "etiquette" unless you fainted in front of the doctor or have a really high fever. Doctor wanted to be "professional" and repetitively talks about etiquette of being a doctor who do not easily give Mcs out but lack of common sense and sympathy. Keeps bragging about being one of the doctor at Hospital Sg Buloh and all. Not sure if this is the government clinic or private clinic. He even said cannot take MC because it is already 8pm (nonsense excuse!) at first. The later said if i come in the morning also cannot get MC because it was a mild pain (I am working in front of PC everyday, how am i supposed to even work if i got a really bad migrain while throwing up?). Doctor even suggest to give injection to me since i've got gassy movement in my stomach while refusing to give MC. Ask for a simple medicine instead but he gave me other medicine and charge RM60+ for that lousy kinda service. This is the first and last time i will step my foot at this horrible clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was here for covid 19 vaccine. They really need improvement. Filling up form is at registration counter (their counter 1), counter 2& 3 are combined where consultation and injection is at the same room.
Cons:
1)Not organize enough, should have ask one staff standing at the entrance of clinic to check people temperature instead of placing the temperature stand at registration counter. Means if there is a fever patient, he/she has already enter the clinic.
2) SOP. Chair without cross label, basically u can sit wherever u want regardless 2meter social distancing.
3) A lady doctor that give the injection didn't show us the volume in the syringe, just verbally inform name of the vaccine, which is different from the PPV I went.
4) Kinda long waiting time, took around 20mins from registration till vaccination and 15mins observation comparing to UM centre took 5mins and 15mins observation. Meanwhile, not a comfortable environment, feel congested with limited seating.
I understand that clinic has limited space, but they still can do better. Perhaps they are new in participating vaccination program.
Staffs are friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My PCR test experience here was the worst! The staffs had different information about when results will come out. Wait time was more thn an hour. No chair during wait time. First time ever I felt that the swab was just pushed so far in that I saw stains of blood on my swab during PCR and I have had soooo many PCR test done before. Haih... Hoping that I never have to come here again, ever!

The doctor did the swab test very gently and he was very kind.
The clinic ensured our safety and followed the SOP.
