★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What to do....the only Honda service centre in TERENGGANU! Heard a story that Honda Japan so indebted to this company that Honda Japan will refuse any company who wanted to apply Honda dealership or service centre.
ANyway, better call them up several days before to appmnt. Else, very leceh. Very nice ambiance, ada breakfast. Free flow of coffee and air Coway (or was it Cuckoo?).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to thank Honda Service Centre team for their dedication. I was in Kuala Terengganu for a holiday when our Honda Odyssey suddenly showed some power drop during our breakfast drive. We were worried sick coz we'll be driving back home in 3 days. Hence i gave them a call and asked if it was possible for them to repair because we didnt do any appointments and this is emergency. They agreed to help checked our car's condition despite their full schedule as they have told us earlier. So we left our car tht morning and later in the afternoon they called and told us our car is done and upon picking me our car is back to normal. Alhamdulillah. They said its a plug that is unplugged that causes the computer to go bezerk. And it only cost below RM100! We were so glad we sent our car there. Your car is in great hands here. Well done Honda Service Kuala Terengganu. You guys are amazing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean and cozy waiting area but quite packed as here the is only Honda service available in Kuala Terengganu. They served a coffee while waiting, also offer some limited free food if you got lucky. Waiting time around 2-3 hours, be prepared with charger or any entertainment that you could’ve bring. Wifi can’t connect during my service time which idk why. My Service Advisor, Mr Aiman was doing a great job by explaining detailed things regarding my car. He also accompany and greet me while I’m about to leave. Such an excellent hospitality from him. I’d give him 5 star for his service.
