โ โ โ โ โ Came looking for a laptop charger. The universal adapter is not within my budget and the other one with similar output voltage but has a higher current rating. The higher current rating works but I am a bit reluctant to take as I prefer same model and same output current so that it is most compatible (the brand company has done testing and verified). So I end up buying nothing here. Which is fine.
The reason I am giving one star is due to the behaviour of one of the staffs. He closed all running programs before I could stop him and proceeded to restart my laptop. I think this is not necessary to test if a laptop charger works on my laptop or not. So I need to wait there for a while (software updates). At least could have asked if it is okay to do the restart.Then he showed signs of impatient by hitting keyboards repeatedly (like that could fasten the restart process). Also, he is sharing some lewd comments to his female coworker. Maybe it is a norm between them, but to do that in front of a customer is not professional.
To be a good company is to give good service to customers. One aspect of good service is to let customers be comfortable, which I did not get here.

โ โ โ โ โ Worst shop ever! Donโt ever buy your goods from this store. Bought something and its still under warranty. The worker say they can change 1-1 back. When we arrived at the shop the manager Ken ask us to buy the stuff with 20% discount. Ridiculous! Liar! Bad staff, worst service! Please think twice before buying from them. Donโt be fool with their discounts!
