โ โ โ โ โ Bought electrical items twice from this place - after sales service was totally disappointing. The shops doesn't even open according to the time stated. It says it opens at 10am, but each time we are there it never opens sharp at 10am. Always opens around 10.15-10.30. Wasting customers' time.

โ โ โ โ โ Seems to be the best electrical appliance shop in negeri sembilan especially seremban. Prices are competitive to say the least. Most of my friends buy here whereas i have just started so will comment again in another year or so on the quality and after sales services.

โ โ โ โ โ Bought from Seremban Prima outlet. Never tell us that the stocks that were not available may not be available for a long time. Was told stocks will be available in 2 weeks.
After 1 month when I'm ready to pay the balance 50%, they said stocks will be available in 2 weeks (AGAIN). Q: So for the past month, did you place the order or not???

โ โ โ โ โ Walked in to look at water heaters and the sales man just stood there unhelpfully the whole time. When asked questions regarding the different models, he had to go โcheckโ the answers and the answers didnโt make sense. For example, when comparing between models, he couldnโt tell which ones had pumps and which ones didnโt. Overall unpleasant experience and wouldnโt recommend unless youโve already read up on which models do what and youโre just there to buy it.

โ โ โ โ โ Terrible service, if could give 0 stars I would. When asked the difference models, just gave some ambiguous answer that was completely incorrect. I knew more about the product than this sales person. A shameful shadow of what they used to be years ago
