Internet connection at our office down most of the time in one month. When call customer care, they ask us to contact with technical team via Whats App ourselves to find out why and when they will come. Sometimes, they just ignore our Whats App. Don't bother about email, they will never reply unless you push them hard to reply. Termination process also seems takes very long time.

What kind of service do you guys have? It's going to be 3 freaking years I have told the agent to cancel my subscription and now we are in 2020, I am getting a message that says my over due bill is RM 616.91. Why on earth do I need to pay this much when I don't use your service.

Poor internet connection, poor customer service. The connection was down since yesterday, more precisely, more than 12 hours ago, call after not having connection after 12 hours, the answer is : We are not sure, still waiting for confirmation . When will the connection back: Not sure , still waiting for the confirmation. I guess if after more than 12 hours losing connection you still do not manage to figure out the issue, then this company doing poorly. So guys, dont waste your money here as this is not the first time , but it happen so frequent that i lost track how often it is.

Strongly not recommended. It is a small company working from 9am to 5pm daily, if internet down, nobody will attend to you. Customer service whatsapp never reply, phone number forever nobody will answer. Service down for more than a week no action taken. 100% not recommended

Seriously, i have no idea where to communicate with you guys anymore. I have tried emailing and no 1 reply.. called always get the respond of line busy. Your customer payment system is the worst.. i paid already but keep on showing outstanding for 2 months. Then now during MCO i tried to pay but your server always having problem at the stage of payment. SERIOUSLY i would recommend not to take this kind of internet service with POOR RESPOND AND CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I've been a customer since early 2015. Can't believe that I stuck with them through the ups and (many) downs β€” more downs than ups, obviously, hence this 1-star review. Honestly, I've lost count the number of times the internet was down. Usually if the internet is down, it lasts for 24-36 hours. I could still tolerate this kind of disruption. BUT the recent disruption from 8-11 Feb 2021 was the worst. FOUR FULL DAYS! 96 HOURS! Despite my place being minutes away from their main office in Ara Damansara, it took them 4 days to get the internet back up again. As I'm working from home, it was really difficult to do my work. I had to resort to using my mobile phone for data. I can't imagine if you're staying somewhere further from their HQ. Despite numerous requests for an update via text regarding when the internet will be up, no definite answer from them β€” the response on WhatsApp I got was: "The team is working on it". BTW, there's a WhatsApp number you can text for technical issues. And I kept texting every hour: Was it a lack of manpower? Was it a lack of resources? Zero explanation on what was the cause of the issue or what was taking them so long. Penat giler I texted. And don't bother calling the customer service hotline. Nobody picks up the phone and the voice mailbox is always full to leave a message. I have a feeling they are understaffed as they have only 1 person to handle customer service requests and probably another 1 person to handle technical issues. I know for a fact that most people are "forced" to use Symphonet because of the property developer's agreement to assign Symphonet as the main internet service provider. That's how the big bosses of Symphonet make their money. Imagine a whole condominium block: 400-500 units, each signing up a 2-year contract. Ka-ching! And I doubt people are voluntarily signing up if you have other available choices. If you're stuck with Symphonet, my only advice is to wait for a couple of years until the agreement/partnership with the developer lapses so that Time/Unifi/Maxis can come in. It took 3-4 years for Time/Unifi to come to my place. Until then, all you can do is wish that the internet doesn't go down over long periods of time. And yes, I finally terminated my account. 6 years later. Bye Felicia, I mean, Symphonet. #longestonestarreviewever

horrible experience overall, numerous interruption with DNS / international gateway down, only resolved after 3 days or sometimes longer with no clear updates. stay away from this service provider.

Horrible company. Technician come wearing dirty clothes. Internet down every week consistently. Internet speed never achieve what you pay for and its not even cheaper than other companies. The only reason i have them as my provider is because i dont have any other options in ainsdale! If i could give negative stars i would.
