★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought my wife a week ago, pre booked, cash payer. Worst experience ever, staff not professional at all. Please be honest in doing business, mentioned different price during booking via phone then hike up the price once reach their shop (on given date & time) by giving lame excuses. As a service provider, you should know your job well, don't try to convince customer for unwanted styles just because you don't know how to cut as requested by customer. In the end the outcome was horrible. Furthermore the staff was rude, and force to accept additional service in midway, knowing that you can't go away at that point. You should prioritize customers satisfaction. It's easy, if you don't know, just tell your customer that you don't know, they can find other shop! please be professional!!! Make money professionally!!!this shop don't even deserve 1 star..

Interior was well lit, spacious and clean.
Service was alright. Not much to shout about. Friendly staff.
