AS AN SERVICE PROVIDER FOR THE OWNER AT ANJALI NORTH KIARA, WHERE THEY ARE SUPPOSE TO DELIVER FRIDGE, BUT GIVES ALOT OF BAD EXPERIENCE, EG: REQUIRED OWNER TO PHYSICALLY AT THE UNIT EVEN THOUGH THERES TENANT AT THE UNIT. WTF? TOTALLY NOT IN THE SERVICE ATTITUDE. THE PERSON IN CHARGE OF THE FRIDGE MR TAN - CONTACT NUMBER: +60 12-304 3378.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pls consider to buy property from this developer. I am the wner of anjali north kiara. I moved in end of may and my 1st tnb bill was charged RM500 a month which only 3 persons stay. I realized that the tnb bill was charged with commercial rate. I quickly check with management office and tnb. I ended need to submit to tnb myself for the conversion to residential. Check with developer , answer given they don have the acknowledge copy of when they submitted the form to tnb for the conversion nor no email communicatiomn with tnb. They are not able to compensate me and provide any document for me to appeal with tnb. Pls be alert when u want to buy this condo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ #Anjalinorthkiara Not sure if I am unlucky or my below unit; The first leak for unit below on June 2020 after I moved in for 6 months, and second leak reported on December 2020. The owner only manage to stay in kl for few days before he back to Singapore last year, and recently he back to KL and wanted to solve the leaking issue. (first issue resolved within the same month of June 2020 by plumber)
The second issue is pending because developer technician investigated below unit and hacking is the only solution to identify the source of leakage. Due to this, developer office replied me "Defect period ended". And never bother to reply for further updates.
So now, I am in touch with Strata management tribunal for the new amendment of limitation act.
Below attached pictures for the "good quality" of workmanship. Think twice!
