โ โ โ โ โ WanLi, my physio for the past 2 years from the Aspire Lifestyle branch has helped me recover from a torn 1 cm rotator cuff to now being able to lift heavy weights at the gym!
10/10 would recommend!

โ โ โ โ โ CRUCIAL REHAB is my go to for any of my injuries, sprains , aches and pains. I started physio in both private and gov hospitals but i always felt temporary relief but none of them really solved my issues. My plantar faciitis has pretty much healed without any need for surgery thanks to my therapist Wan Li and Sophia.
I have also been going to them for treatment for : frozen shoulder, de quervain's tendonitis as well as sport related injuries. Their diagnosis, treatments and follow up exercises are very spot on.
Though i will admit some of the treatments are not always traditional and some can be painful. But that pain does not compare to the relief after. I highly recommend them for almost any ailment.

โ โ โ โ โ Went to the PJ branch, it's situated on the 1st floor above the gym. You have to enter through the gym to access the stairs to the rehab center. Give them a call if you're can't find the place.
This place I appreciate that it had no frills, no gimmicks, and just REAL patient/doctor consulation, rehab, assessment, and coaching. I really respect Wan Li for her dedication to ensure that I was aware of what assessments she was doing, and what she observed, and was very ready to answer my questions. She helped me to understand my body more, and what was really causing me the pain, and not only did she help in relieving the pain I had in my shoulder and neck, but also took the time to show me the different exercises to train up my weak areas.
She didn't make my appointment feel rushed, or that it was just for business. Neither did she bait me into needing to 'come back to know more', but did her best to equip me so that I could learn to apply better lifestyle changes by myself.

โ โ โ โ โ The best physiotherapist center in town. Trust me when I say this. Iโve tried so many clinics in the Hartamas and Mont Kiara area and this is the best physio center that Iโve been. Canโt recommended Wan Li and Han Jia enough.

โ โ โ โ โ I have been suffering from slip disc and multiple fall injuries. Have been trying and going to multiple physio and chiro to ease / manage the pain so I could carry on with my daily task. But as years pass I need to take NSAID quite frequently on top of the above treatment till a colleague of mine introduce me to Crucial Rehab / therapist Mr. Han Jia. Their treatment is very different cause it is adjust to suite you or in other words not one rule or way will fits all. Donโt wait further and give your self a chance thus try it yourself to experience the difference. Wish I knew this place much earlier.
