โ โ โ โ โ I booked a service 2 days ago. Booking time was 2pm, received a text stating they will arrive
at 2:30pm. 3pm went by and no show. Called them again and operator was surprised
Service tech had not shown up. Finally showed up at 4pm, claimed that they had car trouble.
When finished work, tech did not provide a delivery order but instead asked me to take a
Photo. Following day, I texted them (using WhatsApp) to inquire about when I will receive the delivery order as
the photo was not clear. Text was read but no response at all. Very dissatisfied with their after sell service. I will not recommend this company unless you are fine with unpunctual and unresponsive customer service.
