โ โ โ โ โ Hello everyone, this service by so-called Taion Smart Service sounds professional, but in actual, the โworst serviceโ i ever received.
First time i call, the operator, sounds like from India, told me to leave my hp number, and she will call me back. But nothing happens.
Luckily, i did not requst for their service to fix my aircon. I suspect this organization is a gimick, and subcon to other service provider.
My advice, better not call the number, or use their service.

Skeptical to use at first as i will be needing to pay upfront.
But decided to go ahead since my friend highly recommend them.
Not too bad. Their staff is really professional. They did explain to me what they will be doing and being a fussy customer, I also question them alots.
But they are really nice & patient as they take the time to explain to me one by one.

โ โ โ โ โ 2 years ago, when they serviced my AC, their technician made two mistakes:
1. Broke my AC blower. Did not inform me. According to their CSR rep, it seems like the blower being "defective" was communicated to me prior to performing the service the last time.
2. Over-tighten one screw on the AC exterior so hard that we had to break the case to open it up again. This is pretty self-explanatory because I didn't have to open up the AC unit since the last service.
Both of these issues only came to light when I did another AC service with a new vendor today.
