1. Prompt and excellent communication - with the office and service staffs
2. Understanding and accommodating with timing
3. Super clean, efficient and professional job - they cover up your bed etc so there is no dirt. And they wipe/ clean after they do their job.
4. Their servicing really lasts long!
5. They do not think of profit only- they check and advice you if you need to service the airconds rarely used at home.
