Not expecting as per review in the webpage or from reviewer. Your pay will still in the average range and fair on time before 7 every month will be delivered to your account. While your epf will delay or late without the proper and clear from the HR . They will pusing the responsible here and there. Yet, too many commanders than a warrior for a task. Irresponsible leadership and your heads will push all the responsibility to you and they will run off from the duty. The managers have the privillage to curi tulang and always skip from the job or their scope. They will assign their part of jobs to you and when you cant perform they will convince you that they are trying to train you but at the back you already kena cucuk a lot of poison needle.
Not as per expecting for business opportunity. Unclear contract task, always cut and add task to cause the grey zone in terms and conditions, bleaching of fool from contract benefits and responsibility coverage causing a lot misunderstanding during the works. The managers will always pushing all the task to you as per an ad-hoc services from your contract. In order words is ad-hoc = FOC. Aiya just a small cost only dont so kiam siap la....
