โ โ โ โ โ Yin Onn has been around since the start of Midvalley Megamall. Chinese medicine Hall cum dried seafood shop. Lots of premium items here wild cordyceps, truffles (rare item to see on stock), etc.

Come on la, nowdays even pasar malam accept e-wallet.

โ โ โ โ โ You need to train your employee to serve customer more professionally. Today I bought one item 14.90 and gave rm50 note, she only gave back me a change of rm5.10. when I told her that she gave the wrong change, she didn't even feel wrong for doing it and gave me another rm30 with an unwilling expression. Bad experience at the store.

โ โ โ โ โ I am a regular customer at this shop as the location and product choice wise are on point. But one thing that need to be improve is the customer service. Thereโs this uncle (white hair) which I assume been around for quite some time, his attitude and service really bad. He always serve half way and just walk away in a middle of conversation. Thank god we always know what we want to purchase and sometimes we just want to double confirm on the product information, we just ask one or two questions.
And the young Chinese lady with spects and always at the cashier counter, she is really very rude, always showed black face and never greet customer.
Pls do improve your customer service.

โ โ โ โ โ I felt cheated. Here's the story. I purchased this herbs before CNY as there is promotion buy 1 free 1. I think price is about rm120 if not mistaken. and I gave it to my parents and in-laws. Until today my mum open it and snap this pic to me, I am totally felt 100% disappointed and felt cheated. This is so wrong, the way you sell your products isnt right, fyi, I will lodge a report to KPDNHEP.
