★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried their tea 三通茶 years ago which cost Rm300 and said to be so good for skin issue . I found it not effective and never go back since years ago . I also heard friend spending huge sum for treatment with no result .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was here for blood suction treatment on a 5th November, the treatment was excellent. But when I made my way to the cashier for payment, she was rude at first and the worst thing is she caused my card to be blocked. Her first attempt was that she entered the wrong amount and she vigorously pulled out my card from the machine and did the correction for the second attempt.
The second attempt was to no avail and she tried the third attempt only successful when I requested to reduce the amount to be charged. I was using a debit card and there is sufficient funds to be used until she terribly keyed in the wrong amount and now the amount of money in the saving account is blocked. I have called to the respective bank for such matter and I was told that I have to wait for 30 days and the holding amount will then be released back to the account. I am merely a student who works part time, how am I supposed to survive with the amount of money is now being blocked?
A guy Nicholas attended to my addressed issue and he questioned me "HOW COME A DEBIT CARD CAN BE BLOCKED?" and when I asked what can you do to solve this he answered me, "I AM NOT A BANK I CAN NOT HELP YOU TO UNBLOCK". When I asked to check cctv, he said he will and then passed me to the involved cashier. The cashier apologized and hung up the call rightafter.
CONCLUSION: The issue is still remained unsolved and now I have to go through the trouble of dealing with the bank asking them to unblock it on a freaking weekend and there is no customer service which means I will have to wait til Monday. The apology is not accepted, I am terrifyingly disappointed with their service and will never return again.

Although my child see Prof Dr Chu due to her common coughing, sore throat, fever, flu etc, but this Dr could give the right medicine and cure my child... That consider a big relief to me and my family...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad, my uncle cancer the doctor asking weather you got money or not, got 2 type of medication 2k and more. Actually mainly give supplements. Not professional at all only talking about money.

When I did the blood test, I was promised to get the result in one week. They only called after two weeks when I follow up, so I made appointment with doctor to get my test result. When I arrived, I was told report is not ready. Receptionist is rude and their system is a mess. Do not go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly recommend this hospital, the doctors and nurses are very good, but sometimes it takes a long time to wait for the appointment time, but it is worthwhile to wait a little longer when my illness is cured. The service attitude is much better now. keep going ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made appointments to see the doctor at a fixed time each appointment. Arrived earlier or punctually but still need to wait for at least 15 mins past the appointed time ⏰? In addition to that, have to wait for at least another half an hour to collect meds. When I enquired the dispensary counter, the person in charge was very rude and countered that some people waited for an hour so half an hour is nothing. Very horrible attitude!!!? The meds paid are costly as well. ??? All in all, should have trusted the previous reviews and comments before I come here for treatments ?
