★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thanh and her team know their stuff. If you are serious about your physical rehabilitation and are prepared to listen and put the work in, Thanh will get you results. Having personally recovered full shoulder mobility from significant surgery under Thanh and her teams guidance, I would definitely recommend them.

They work hard to understand what led to your injury, what you’ve been doing since, and specifically craft a training program to allow you to hit your goals. I’ve been doing great since my arthroscopy and cannot recommend them enough.

Thanh and her team managed to fix my lower back, a tinnitus and a torn achilles tendon.
They also helped my toddler to grow out of chronic bronchitis.
Great physiotherapists.
I highly recommend them!!

Thanh and her team have taken care of my badly injured shoulder (I’m a very bad patient ) with lots of patience, laughter and kindness. Actually, heading there for a session is like seeing friends!
But they don’t have a magic wand!
Instead, they will readjust your whole body at its core!!! And that takes time and sweat, but the guidance provided by all of them is so worth!!
Very dedicated and professional people!
Huge thank you to them!!!

I've been a patient here for a few months and my experiences are very positive especially compared to other well rated physiotherapists in the surrounding areas.

They have shown extra care while working with me on an inured back and shoulder and given great advice going the extra mile.

I arrived barely able to walk with frankly a terrible quality of life, and they have slowly but surely put me back together. I’ve been to many, many physios both in the U.K. and Malaysia and Kinesis Care are in a league of their own. They’ve not only fixed my back/core/hip/pelvis/knee (quite the list!) but they’ve given me hope, laughter and joy along the way. I am pain free, completely off medication, and have been able to cancel two surgeries thanks purely to their dedication and care.
I will be forever and eternally grateful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My 8yo child has been working with Aunty Thanh and her team for over a year. He had a weak core and stability as well as poor gait. Since working with Thanh and her team, he has improved tremendously. He is much stronger and stable and is so much less clumsy with his movements. The team at Kinesis Care is dedicated, professional and know their stuff and they work wonderfully with young children. So much that my child enjoys his time there although the exercises are rigorous and challenging. Now he’s more confident at playing sports and I’m grateful to Thanh and her team.
