★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Taman ni kecik ja.ada la dlm 30 vuah rumah.ada unit banglo,Semi-D...semua jenis setingkat..taman ni dekat dgn segala kemudahan.radius 2km ja semua ada.sekolah,klinik,IPT,bank,pasar basah,pasar kering,pasaraya,hardware,software,semua ada dan dekat......
Uniknya taman ni,dia xdak jalan khusus yang digazetkan utk dia dan pemaju dia x buat pun jalan.kecoh kan pemaju dia? ??
Lepas tu bila dibuat bantahan,dirujuk pd pihak berwajib,ADUN,pihak majlis perbandaran tempatan,media...masih x boleh dan x berlaku apa2.(common situation in my beloved nation,i guess....rite? ?)
ada la alasan dr sudut undang2 dan peraturan pihak majlis tu..tp mmg kes ni x dipandang la..mgkn dengan mengambil peduli isu taman ni xdpt mendatangkan 'keuntungan terus' pd sesiapa secara khusus,maka kes ni masih tergantung...penduduk taman idaman hingga ke tarikh ini (27/8/2021),masih lg menggunakan laluan berbatu,lecah pabila hujan,berdebu tatkala kering di atas ihsan pemilik tanah meskipun laluan itu telah digazet sbg jalan dan laluan untuk penduduk,namun tidak dibangunkan sbg jalan yang baik utk kegunaan bersama dan semua oleh 4 lg taman sekitarnya...

 The park is small. There are 30 houses. There are bungalow units, Semi-D ... all types on the same level. The park is close to all facilities. 2km radius and everything is there. Schools, clinics, IPT, banks, wet markets , dry markets, supermarkets, hardware, software, all there and near ......
The uniqueness of this park is that there is no special road gazetted for him and his developer to make a road. ⁇
Then when a protest is made, it is referred to the authorities, ADUN, the local municipal council, the media ... still x can and x can happen2. (Common situation in my beloved nation, I guess .... rite? ?)
There is a reason from the point of view of the law and the rules of the council..but this case is considered..maybe by taking care of the park issue it can bring 'direct profit' to anyone in particular, so this case is still pending ... the park residents dream to this date (27/8/2021), still use the rocky road, wet with rain, dusty when dry courtesy of the landowner even though the road has been gazetted as a road and route for residents, but not developed as a good road for shared use and all by 4 lg surrounding parks ...
