★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very amazing view here, MRT station here is clean and convenient connected to 2 shopping malls on both sides....Pintu A linked to Eco Cheras Mall and Pintu C linked to Cheras Leisure Mall.

I run out of money from my card ringgit, I cooperate with the machine from where I could not insert money into my card
So I have asked for your customer service cooperation many times
But your customer service did not help me
A Chinese girl who had the same problem as me was helped by the customer service boy as soon as she went to the counter.
Then I can't be helped because I am not a citizen of this country
The treatment of customer service with me was very bad and sad
I make the complaint to you 10 minutes after I was treated like this
My request to the authorities is not to be a citizen of any other country for being a victim of such discrimination
Because everyone is accepting your services with the help of Ringgit ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im a frequent user of the public transport, and I'm deeply frustrated every single time that the escalator is always turned off in the morning, but i can still understand that. But in the afternoon and it's still off ? Moreover, today the MRT estimated time dashboard is misleading, it says 0 minutes and the next stop is 55 minute's, but up until now no signs of showing up and kept repeating the MRT has arrived. If there is a 0 star i will give it negative category.
