★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Relatively new condo with mix unit including cosy Soho unit. Convenient location beside Jalan Kuching (with flyover access) & Taman Wahyu Komuter train station. For groceries & food convenient, driving out may be require. The original grand entrance is 'abandoned' & not completely develop by developer. Residence uses the direct access from Jalan Kuching flyover to 3rd floor parking, or the back entrance.
